Involvement Team
Team Leader,

The involvement team exists to connect people to ministry.  We at Gateway Christian Church do that through a ministry team system. 

The involvement team is responsible for teaching the 301 classes.  The 301 classes are where our spiritual gifts assessment takes place.  After discovering an individual’s spiritual gift the involvement team counsels them working to match them up to ministry opportunities.  Ministry opportunities will usually come by seeing where God is already at work, and that’s through our ministry team system.    There are times when individuals see ministry opportunities that are not being meet and as a result a new ministry team is born to meet this need.

The involvement team could us six individuals that have the gift of leadership to help get people connected.  This team will be responsible for administrating the 301 classes quarterly and working with the ministry teams matching individual’s ministry gifts with ministry opportunities.

What you can expect from the Involvement Team Leader.

1. I will provide the material and training for the 301 classes.

2. I will walk you through matching an individual up with a ministry team.

3. I will pray for this team and you as we are responsible for getting people connected to ministry
